Canadian Army – RC Signals Regiment, #2 Infantry Batallion – Served 3 years

Ross belonged to the RC Signals Regiment of the Army where he was a Signals and Communications Officer, #2 Infantry Battalion.

Ross trained in Toronto, Brampton, Barriefield and Brockville, beginning his career as a Private and advancing to First Lieutenant.

Throughout his 3 years of service, Ross learned to live in harmony with other men in close quarters, learned how to handle all types of vehicles as well as communication equipment and weapons. After his discharge from the Army he returned to University and graduated as a Professional Civil Engineer.
