Located in the thriving Gorge waterway area near the communities of Tillicum and Saanich, Amica On The Gorge is in the heart of a quiet, established neighbourhood with lovely heritage homes and restored landmarks like Brookman’s Grocery.
For many of our residents, Amica On The Gorge is a homecoming, as they grew up in the area or raised their families here. The inviting senior-living residence is a four-storey building built in a figure-eight configuration, with two private sunny courtyards where you can relax and connect with loved ones and neighbours. Residents enjoy the property’s accessible green spaces featuring our own apple trees with delicious fruit.

The well-maintained Gorge waterway is home to paved walking trails and gardens along the water. It offers plenty of opportunities to watch kayakers, canoeists and stand-up paddle boarders take advantage of ideal conditions.
Craigflower-Kosapsom Park, just across the road, offers a family friendly beach area and is home to the Craigflower Schoolhouse, a national historic site built in 1854. Victoria General Hospital is a five-minute drive away, and shops and services are also conveniently close by at Tillicum Centre.
Getting to and from downtown Victoria is easy with two public transit stops on the property.
