Our six-storey building is a one-block stroll from independent shops, restaurants and services as well as residential neighbourhoods. Many of our suites have private balconies where you can relax with a coffee and take in views of the Niagara Escarpment or local green spaces; some of our Independent Living suites offer full kitchens. Outdoor common spaces include a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating, and a landscaped area where residents can tend their own raised garden beds.

Amica Dundas is tucked into a neighbourhood with an inviting combination of established homes and the lovely green spaces and walking trails of the Rotary Creekside Parkette directly beside us.
