Raymond leads Operations Finance and performance management, focusing on delivering insights that drive decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. He brings more than a decade of experience driving financial excellence and operational performance.

Since joining Amica in 2012, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, influencing every area of finance while strengthening processes, building high-performing teams and enhancing the partnership between finance and operations.

Raymond is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Certificate in Corporate Finance from CPA Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Western Ontario.
