Ron Herry ~ Vice President, Corporate Finance

Ron Herry joined Amica Senior Lifestyles in 2021 and serves as Vice-President, Corporate Finance. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and business growth within the senior-living sector. At Amica, Ron oversees financial strategy, business development, development finance, corporate accounting, internal controls and tax.

In 2026, he helped lead Amica’s transformation into a dedicated operator of senior-living residences.

Prior to joining Amica, Ron held senior finance roles at Sienna Senior Living, where he helped advance the company’s growth through acquisitions and capital raising in the debt and equity markets. Earlier in his career, he held finance and valuation roles at OMERS Private Equity and KPMG Canada, where he developed deep expertise in financial reporting, advisory, valuation and audit.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and the professional designations of Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator.
