What’s unique at Amica On The Avenue

Perfectly located on a quiet, tree-lined street bordering the Forest Hill neighbourhood, our thoughtfully designed seven-storey residence is an urban oasis with just 65 suites. Each private suite features a unique layout with floor plans up to 1,340 square feet. The striking architecture includes the façade of the St. James-Bond Church, the original building on the site (rumoured to have inspired the author Ian Fleming himself). On our private patio, you can visit with friends and neighbours or relax with a cup of coffee. We are also pleased to offer a town car service to our residents.

Exploring the neighbourhood

Amica On The Avenue is just steps from the upscale shops, boutiques and eateries of Forest Hill Village, as well as banking and pharmacy services. Stroll through the beautiful residential neighbourhoods on quiet side streets. Nearby green spaces include Eglinton Park and Cedarvale Park, while attractions like Casa Loma and Evergreen Brick Works are just a short drive away. Top-quality medical care is available at the city’s hospitals and health care facilities. Many of our residents join us from local neighbourhoods including Forest Hill, Bayview Village and York Mills, as well as Winnipeg and Montreal.
