Our prime location on Main Street Unionville puts us in the heart of the community, easily accessed by Highway 407 or Highway 7. Bright and modern, our well-appointed nine-storey building features inviting suites, some with 12-foot ceilings. The oversized aquarium at our main entrance, filled with graceful fish, is a favourite meeting spot. Relax and visit with friends and neighbours on the large sunny terrace, bordered by shade trees and colourful plantings. We are pleased to offer a town car service for our residents, for local errands or appointments. Many of our residents join us from Unionville and other communities in Markham, as well as Richmond Hill, north Scarborough and Thornhill.

The tranquil green space of Mildred Temple Park is just across the road from Amica Unionville. It offers benches, wildlife viewing opportunities and paved waking trails along the winding Rouge River.
