Our from-scratch, chef-driven meals cater to resident needs. They prioritize Canadian vendors with a focus on seasonal, regional fresh fare.
Our chef-designed menus are reviewed by registered dietitians and meet Canada’s food guide standards. The culinary team regularly accommodates heart-healthy, texture-modified, low-sodium and low-sugar dietary preferences, among others.
Our chefs (or directors of culinary) are Red Seal-qualified or hold an international equivalency. This means they have advanced skills and qualifications recognized across Canada and the world. They bring experience from high-end restaurants, hotels and private clubs to the table to elevate your experience every day.
