Our senior lifestyles residence has been thoughtfully designed to provide seniors with everything they need today and in the years to come. Our professional care and support staff is available around the clock. Residents can live secure in the knowledge they will always have the support and care they need. For residents that need support with daily living, our Long-Term Care suites have a dedicated wellness team on the same floor. For residents living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, full support from certified experts is available on our secure memory care floors. If lifestyle needs change, we will adapt to meet them, so our residents don’t have to worry about moving again. If seniors are in need of extra care, we offer respite, short term, and convalescent stays, based on availability, with professional support available 24/7.

Physician Assessment
In preparation for your patient's move, you’ll need to complete the attached Physician Assessment form. This allows our Wellness team to better understand your patient’s medical background, arrange appropriate level of care and ensure a safe and seamless transition to life at Amica.
