What’s unique at Amica Westboro Park

Our thoughtfully designed six-storey building is part of an established residential community and the popular Westboro Village neighbourhood. The majority of our suites have balconies so you can sip a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the river or the cityscape at the end of the day.

Exploring the neighbourhood

Amica Westboro Park is easily accessed by the Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway. It’s conveniently located near tranquil green spaces, residential streets lined by mature trees, and fun shopping and dining at independent venues on Richmond Street and Westboro Village. Just to the west is Maplelawn Garden, a 19th-centry walled garden that host many community events; and the Ottawa Farmers’ Market is just to the south. Westboro Park and the family-friendly beachfront of the Ottawa River are nearby. Stroll the city’s network of paved pedestrian paths, meet a friend for fair-trade coffee around the corner, or take advantage of our shuttle bus for scheduled excursions.

Things to do around Amica Westboro Park

Our capital city is well known for its wealth of museums and galleries. Some of our favourite outings include visiting the National Arts Centre, the National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of Nature. The Highland Lawn Bowling club is one of our neighbours and a number of our residents enjoy a little friendly competition. Check out Fuse Festival, a local summertime musical block party, do some shopping at Carlingwood Shopping Centre, or join a scenic drive to Dow’s Lake on the Rideau Canal or the Gatineau Hills.
