The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall

Imagine attending an Amica-sponsored, in-person performance or video concert created with our residents in mind. Many residents and their loved ones have enjoyed magnificent musical experiences through our work with Toronto's non-profit Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall.

Live performances have included a dementia-inclusive concert and a virtual holiday concert, exclusive to Amica residents and families. The Lyrics & Legacies project also paired songwriters and musicians with Amica residents to turn their stories into song.

Alvéole

Picture yourself learning beekeeping secrets, then spooning honey you harvested into your morning tea. That was possible when we partnered with Alvéole, an urban beekeeping company, which managed hives at select Amica residences.

Alvéole workshops covered the a’s and ‘bees’, from the vital role of pollinators and how to care for them, to making beeswax crafts. While enjoying the bees, nature enthusiasts at our residences also gained greater appreciation for Amica’s accessible outdoor spaces, walking paths and gardening activities.

METZ Luxury Tea

As an Amica resident, you’ll have the opportunity to savour METZ Luxury Tea, attend tea socials, taste tea-infused recipes and sip a wide variety of black, herbal and wellness teas each day. In fact, the teas on our menu were selected by Amica residents. It’s another “perk” of our premium lifestyle, plus Amica appreciates that METZ Luxury Tea is produced with strong ethical, environmental and sustainable processes.
