Conveniently located in an established, upscale residential neighbourhood near Highway 7, Amica Georgetown features well-kept outdoor spaces like a terrace that wraps around the building and an outdoor covered dining area, as well as an indoor conservatory with plenty of natural light. Our contemporary seven-storey building is close to the appealing boutiques and restaurants of Georgetown’s main street as well as senior-friendly walking trails. Most of our Independent Living suites have in-suite laundry.

Exploring the neighbourhood

Our residents enjoy the community green space, trails and dog park of Cedarvale Park directly across the street. The farmers’ market is a popular seasonal destination, as are local festivals showcasing everything from cars to 50s music to Highland games. Georgetown Hospital is just a few minutes’ drive away, along with other excellent health care services nearby. Recreation opportunities for golfing, curling, tennis and lawn bowling abound at The Club at North Halton, Eagle Ridge Golf Club, the Georgetown Racquet Club and the Georgetown Lawn Bowling Club. A number of our residents join us from Halton Hills, Caledon and Orangeville.
